How to Add a YOUTUBE Video
You can create Youtubes using the software Windows Movie Maker which comes with Windows. If you want to make some Youtubes then this software is easy to learn.
An example is:
- The steps to create a Youtube are as follows:
- Select about 80 photographs to make a 4 minute video (or use a video file)
- Add the photographs to Windows Movie Maker with the command Import into Collections
- Add some music to Windows Movie Maker with the command Import into Collections
- Drag the photographs in bulk to the Storyboard
- Drag the music to the Timeline
- Save your project with the command Save your project as
- Add Titles, Video Effects, Video Transitions
- Save your project with the command Save your project
- Create a sub-directory with Windows Explorer to hold the video file
- Save in Video format to the sub-directory with the command Save Movie File
- Go to *http://www.youtube.com/index** and Sign Up for an account
- Once logged into YOUTUBE
- Hit Upload and choose Video file
- Browse for your video file and upload
- Once the video file is live and accessible in YOUTUBE then double click on the video to start it
- One the right hand side you will see embed code. Copy this code
- Login to Wikidot, go to the right page, hit Edit, find the location where you want to embed
- Type [[embed]]
- Paste the Youtube code
- You will find a command [[/embed]] has been added
- Save the page
